How
we do it …
With over 2,500 real estate agents in the metro Albuquerque area,
whom do you choose to represent you?
Well, the right knowledge and advice can make a huge difference.
Purchasing a home is the most significant financial and emotional
investment one makes in their lives. Knowing what to buy, where to buy,
how much to pay and how to get the best financing rates for your home can
save you thousands of dollars.
A
"Typical" Real Estate Agent spends their time as follows:
Ø
Before: 70 to 80%
Marketing (cold
calling, prospecting, mailers, door knocking, etc.)
Ø
During: 10 to 20%
Operations (working
with clients, showing homes, writing contracts, etc.)
Ø
After: 5 to 10% of
their time handling a client’s affairs during the escrow process.
Ø
After Sale: 0 to 5%
We, on the other hand, spend 75% of our time
during the transaction, educating our clients and being advocates for
them. We spend our other 25%
of time serving our clients’ needs AFTER the transaction has been
concluded. We can spend our time this way because the vast majority of our
business comes from recommendations from our client base. Only a small
portion of our business, less than 25%, comes from cautious people who
find us on the Internet or on sign calls.
What does this mean
to you? Real simple … the “marriage” may be real bliss at first but
once you enter the escrow period, over fifty people are involved with your
transaction. During this period, it is important that you have retained
someone who is willing to dedicate their time to managing these various
relations and making the process flow as smoothly as possible.
In the end, if the
result exceeds your expectations, we trust that you will rely on us for
your future real estate needs and endorse us to your friends, family, and
business associates. Your satisfaction and subsequent referrals are the
