If we cannot bring you an offer on your property within 90 days of listing your property, at a price within 95% of your asking price, we will deduct $500 from the commission you are paying.

We do this to show you that we are very committed to getting you where you want to go and to getting you there in a timely manner.

We offer this to you so that you are in more control of the relationship. We want you to know that we, too, have a vested interest in getting your home sold. Our business depends on creating satisfied customers and “lifetime clients.” Lifetime clients come away happy from the transaction, look forward to using our services again, and enthusiastically refer their family, friends and colleagues. We hope putting this in writing helps you understand how committed to establishing lifetime clients we really are.

There are just three requirements:

1. To qualify, your property must be a single family home or a townhouse, not a condominium.

2. To qualify, your property must be priced within 5% of the last five comparable sales in your neighborhood.
