My name is Geoff Victor and my wife is Marina Usova. Marina came to America less than 2 years ago with her son, Gosha and the cat Timofey. She moved 12 time zones from Russia to start a new life with me. We have been married now for 1 1/2 years and were just blessed with a baby girl, Arina.

After the baby, Marina and I talked about buying a home for our family and we decided to look on the NET as we had no contacts for such an endeavor. Paul and Judy's website had some interesting questions on it to help the initial process so I filled out the questionnaire for pre-qualifying and the next thing I knew we were looking at houses..........quick and simple !!

We then met Kathy Smit at Superior Mortgage and she gave us some parameters concerning mortgage amounts. One thing I noticed as we worked with the Wilsons was that almost all of their clients came to them from personal referrals. This made us feel very good as our business expands in the same manner so we were pleasantly surprised to get such great personal service.

 In the course of about 30 days, we looked at a lot of houses, kissed a few frogs, made some false starts, spent many hours on REALTOR.com trying to narrow the search, drove a few hundred miles looking at outsides, and finally made an offer on a home we almost didn't look at as it was incorrectly listed by their agent. The offer was finally accepted after a few back and forths and we closed on our new home just last week. Time from start to finish was about 2 months with 1 month being the time after our initial offer was made.

We are now the proud owners of a 4 bedroom, 2 bath , 2 car garage home for our family. The home is in a good neighborhood, quiet street and our wish list of ten items was fulfilled....................

Our purchase price was close to the owners asking price but we made use of a program Paul found for us called Ameridream, and then we worked magic and VOILE ....... our out of pocket costs were not quite Zero Down but very close. :-))

We could not have done any of this with Paul and Judy; not only did they smooth the path........they made it like silk..........
